At Fiesta Island Flower, we stand by our products and want you to get exactly what you ordered. Our return policy applies only if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item.

7-Day Notification Window

You have 7 days from delivery to let us know if you received the wrong product. After that, we can’t process returns or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Options

If we sent the wrong item, you can choose one of the following:

  • Refund: We’ll issue a full refund once we confirm the return.
  • Exchange: We’ll send you the correct product after we receive the incorrect one.

Return Requirements

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all labels and seals intact.
  • Contact us first at before sending anything back.
  • Return must be sent back in original packaging.

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • Packaging or labels are missing or damaged
  • We were not contacted first
  • It’s been more than 7 days since delivery
