Shipping Information
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
Shipping Method & Delivery
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed by USPS. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and postal service delays.
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe delivery and comply with shipping regulations.
Tracking & Customer Service
All orders include free tracking information (provided via email once shipped).
Age Verification & Delivery Requirements
- You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive hemp products
- Must ship to a physical street address - PO Boxes and mail forwarding services are not accepted
State Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship THCA products to the following states: Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
States with additional restrictions: Some states may have local ordinances or additional regulations that restrict hemp products. Please check your local laws before ordering.
Important: Hemp and cannabis laws change frequently. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure THCA products are legal in their state and locality before placing an order. This list is subject to change based on evolving state legislation.
Packaging & Discretion
- All products are packaged discreetly with no external indication of contents
- Packages are sealed to prevent odor and tampering
- Professional packaging ensures product integrity during transit
Delivery Issues & Liability
Fiesta Island Flower is not responsible for packages once they are marked as 'delivered' by USPS. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your property (porches, side doors, etc.)
- Contact your local Post Office with tracking number
- File a claim with USPS if necessary
We will work with you to resolve legitimate delivery issues within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
We will arrange reshipment at customer expense.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. All orders must ship to addresses within the United States.
